I have been a Life Coach since 2016. A defining moment in my life happened when I realized many years ago that I was stuck. Nothing was working in my life. In fact, it seemed as if everything was going wrong. I knew that there was more to life than this, something better was next for me. Part of that had to do with my husband at the time. His energy was down and low. I was happy with him for many years. However, when he got an injury he became very negative. It was very hard for me to walk away and leave this relationship. We had children together and I thought about it for a long time before acting on it. There were good qualities in him. But I had changed also.

      I discovered personal growth and law of attraction. It took me time to leave. When I did leave despite some hardships, it all worked out. People showed up to help me. When you surrender and take the leap and do what is in your best interest no matter how difficult it may be, God shows up and assists you. I know now today, that I went through all of this so that I can help other women. I have so much personal experience, skills and talents to help to transform women. I help them to become clearer, stronger, more confident and full of self-love. 

     I had life coaches and healing done while going through some of this but there are also things that I had to figure out myself. I had to figure out how to deal with defeat and how to shift my mindset to more positive with each situation that occurred. I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping other divorced or single women who feel abused, stuck, lost and like they gave their power away to increase their self love and confidence so that can start living their ideal life. I help them to heal, move on and get in touch with their wants and needs.

I have worked with many private clients one on one and led groups for women. I am living my dream to help women transform while doing what I love and still having lots of quality time with my own children.
